Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing devforgehq.dev (the “Site”) or engaging DevForge (“we,” “us,” or “our”) for services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.

2. Description of Services

DevForge provides staff augmentation services. We place vetted software engineers into client teams on a monthly basis.

3. Intro Calls and Agreements

Submitting the request form or booking a call through Calendly does not create a binding agreement for services. An engagement begins only after both parties sign a written agreement.

4. Engagement Terms

The Site summarises how engagements usually work. The signed agreement prevails if it differs.

• Engagements are full-time and billed monthly in advance.
• Either party may end an engagement with 2 weeks’ written notice.
• We replace an engineer free of charge if the engagement is not the right fit in the first 30 days.

5. Payment Terms

Fees are due in accordance with the invoice and billing cycle in the signed agreement. Failure to pay may result in suspension of the engagement until payment is resolved.

6. Intellectual Property

Work product created by engineers during an engagement is assigned to the client under the signed agreement. DevForge retains ownership of its own pre-existing tools and materials.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use DevForge services to violate applicable law, infringe on the rights of others, or interfere with the operation of the Site.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that it will be error-free or uninterrupted.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DevForge is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by you for the service giving rise to the claim in the preceding three months.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify DevForge against claims arising from your misuse of the Site or services, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless a signed client agreement specifies otherwise.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
